Comparison review
Xiaomi 14 Ultra is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, having an 84.4 score against 72.1. Xiaomi 14 Ultra is a newer device than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, although it is thicker and a lot heavier. Both phones in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the older 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
Xiaomi Redmi Y1 features an extremely better processor than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has 8 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a lot better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a larger display, a lot better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a lot more pixels per inch in the display.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra captures greater photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much higher 7680x4320 video resolution, a much bigger diafragm aperture and a camera with way more mega-pixels. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 62% more battery capacity.
