Comparison review
Xiaomi 15 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, having an 80.6 score against 72.1. Xiaomi 15's body is incredibly newer, but heavier and just a little thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Y1. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 15 has 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Xiaomi 15 has a way better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a larger screen, a lot higher 1200 x 2670 resolution and a lot better quantity of pixels per inch in the display. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 features a much more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi 15, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Xiaomi 15 shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much higher video resolution, a way bigger aperture and a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back. Xiaomi 15 features a way bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory.
Xiaomi 15 has a very superior battery performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 75 percent bigger battery size.
