The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro is a way newer cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but it's much heavier and thicker. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has a more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro also has more RAM. Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro counts with a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a bigger display and a greater count of pixels per inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro counts with a very superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a lot bigger aperture to take better low-light captures, a lot more mega pixels back camera and a way higher video definition. The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro features a little bit better memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.
