Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has an overall score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 global score. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it provides the user some extra features and performance improvements. Although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is newer than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, it is somewhat heavier and a little thicker.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
