Comparison review
The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, getting a 78.1 score against 72.1. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Even though ZTE Axon 30 Ultra is extremely newer than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, it's just a bit thicker and heavier.
The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra features a greater hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra also has a higher amount of RAM memory. ZTE Axon 30 Ultra counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a lot higher 1080 x 2400 resolution, a bigger display and a better pixel density.
The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra shoots much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a lot bigger aperture for better photography in low light environments, a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back and a much higher video definition. The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra features just a bit bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The ZTE Axon 30 Ultra counts with a much better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 4600mAh battery capacity.
Although ZTE Axon 30 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Y1. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
