The Moto Z3 is just a bit better than ZTE Axon 10s Pro, having a global score of 77.6 against 76.6. Both of these devices come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (operating system), so both should provide you all the same OS features. Moto Z3's design is lighter and somewhat thinner than ZTE Axon 10s Pro, although it was released around 18 months before.

The ZTE Axon 10s Pro shoots clearer photos and videos than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 2560x1440 (Quad HD / 2K) video quality, the ZTE Axon 10s Pro also has a bigger camera aperture for better low-light photos and video, a way higher resolution back camera and a lot larger sensor.
ZTE Axon 10s Pro counts with superior battery performance than Motorola Moto Z3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
