Xiaomi 12T Pro has a general score of 76.9, which is a bit better than the ZTE Axon 10s Pro's 76.6 overall score. The Xiaomi 12T Pro construction is newer, but heavier and a little bit thicker than ZTE Axon 10s Pro.
ZTE Axon 10s Pro has a lot better processing power than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores. The ZTE Axon 10s Pro counts with a little sharper display than Xiaomi 12T Pro, although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a quite smaller screen and a just a little lower display density.

Xiaomi 12T Pro has longer battery lifetime than ZTE Axon 10s Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
