Comparison review
The Huawei P Smart (2021) is a little bit better than ZTE Axon 20, with a global score of 79.2 against 77.8. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 operating system. Despite being the best phone in this review, it must be noted that it is also a just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker phone.
The ZTE Axon 20 features a bit superior CPU than Huawei P Smart (2021), and although they both have the same number of cores, the ZTE Axon 20 also has a higher amount of RAM. ZTE Axon 20 and Huawei P Smart (2021) both have very similar displays, because although the Huawei P Smart (2021) has a little bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a quite better screen pixel density.
The ZTE Axon 20 counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei P Smart (2021), because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low light images and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the ZTE Axon 20 also counts with a bigger camera sensor taking higher quality photographs and videos, a lot higher resolution camera in the back and faster video frame rate.
Huawei P Smart (2021) features a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than ZTE Axon 20, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage, the Huawei P Smart (2021) also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB. The Huawei P Smart (2021) has improved battery duration than ZTE Axon 20, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4220mAh.
