The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is a little bit better than the ZTE Axon 20, with an 80.9 score against 77.8. These devices come with Android OS, but Motorola Edge 30 Ultra has a more recent 12 version and ZTE Axon 20 has Android 10 version. The Motorola Edge 30 Ultra is a newer device than the ZTE Axon 20, although it is just a little bit heavier and a little thicker.
