The ZTE Axon 20 is slightly better than the Xperia XZs, getting a 77.8 score against 77.2. ZTE Axon 20's construction is incredibly newer and a little bit thinner than the Xperia XZs's, but it is also somewhat heavier. Sony Xperia XZs has a little sharper display than ZTE Axon 20, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher number of pixels in each inch of display.
ZTE Axon 20 features a bit better performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has a greater number of faster cores and more RAM. The ZTE Axon 20 has a bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The ZTE Axon 20 features a superior battery duration than Xperia XZs, because it has a 4220mAh battery capacity. Xperia XZs captures a little bit better videos and photos than ZTE Axon 20, although it has a way tinier back-facing camera sensor providing a lot lower image quality, a lower (4K) video quality, a back-facing camera with a much lower 19 mega pixels resolution and a smaller aperture.
