ZTE Axon 30 5G has a score of 79.9, which is slightly better than Moto G Power's 76.1 general score. These devices have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding OS features. ZTE Axon 30 5G's design is a bit lighter and thinner than the Moto G Power.
