Samsung Galaxy Note8 is better than ZTE Axon Lux, having an 83 score against 70.1. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and ZTE Axon Lux has Android 5.1 Lollipop version, providing you lots of additional features. Although the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is somewhat heavier than ZTE Axon Lux, it's somewhat thinner and newer.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 features just a little better processing power than ZTE Axon Lux, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a screen that's just as good as ZTE Axon Lux's display, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a little bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a little bigger display and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 2960px.

Galaxy Note8 captures a bit better pictures and videos than ZTE Axon Lux, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a back-facing camera with a worse resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better photography and videos in poorly lited situations. ZTE Axon Lux has a much better storage capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 256 GB, the ZTE Axon Lux also has 128 GB internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a bit superior battery lifetime than ZTE Axon Lux, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is also cheaper, which makes buying this phone a simple decision.
