Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite has a general score of 67, which is just a bit better than the ZTE Axon Mini's 61.9 general score. The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite is a much newer and just a little thinner cellphone than ZTE Axon Mini, but it's also just a little bit heavier. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite has a more recent 7.0 Nougat version while ZTE Axon Mini has Android 5.1, so it offers a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite counts with a little faster processor than ZTE Axon Mini, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores (although slower). ZTE Axon Mini counts with a much better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot better resolution of 1920 x 1080px and much more pixels per screen inch.
The ZTE Axon Mini features a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 128 GB, the ZTE Axon Mini also has more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite has just a little better battery lifetime than ZTE Axon Mini, because it has a 10% more battery size.
The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite features a much better camera than ZTE Axon Mini. Both have a same size aperture and a 13 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Y1 Lite not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also very cheap compared to the other phones, making it a great choice.
