The Galaxy Victory 4G LTE is just a bit better than the ZTE Blade Spark, getting a 60.2 score against 57.4. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has an older 4.1 version and ZTE Blade Spark has Android 7.1 Nougat.
