Motorola Droid RAZR is a bit better than ZTE Nubia 5, having a 64.3 score against 58.5. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Motorola Droid RAZR has 4.1.2 version while ZTE Nubia 5 has Android 4.1.1 version. Motorola Droid RAZR's body is a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the ZTE Nubia 5, despite of the fact that it was released about 15 months before.

The Motorola Droid RAZR has a much greater memory to install games and applications than ZTE Nubia 5, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage, the Motorola Droid RAZR also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 32 GB.
ZTE Nubia 5 counts with superior battery lifetime than Motorola Droid RAZR, because it has 2300mAh of battery capacity.
