Acer Liquid Mini Review

Acer Liquid Mini is a low end Android phone, provisioned with a medium sized 3.2-inches screen, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a quite powerful processor ticking at 600 megahertz. Let's take a better view of what this cellphone can do.

This phone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7227 system chip, including a quite powerful processing unit clocking at 600 megahertz with only 256 MB of RAM.

This cellphone isn't really a compact cellphone, given that it is 4.35" long,but it only contains a 3.2" display. This cellphone is a little bit thick for current standards, being as thick as 0.51". Acer didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.23 oz device.

The Acer Liquid Mini has only a 5 MP back side camera. It can also film videos in 720x480 at 30 frames per second. To complete the camera, it also includes auto-focus.

Acer equipped this phone with a interesting 3.2" display, and a 480 x 320 resolution, providing this phone with a decent image quality. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.

This phone includes wi-fi connectivity (although it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a hotspot). The Acer Liquid Mini uses a SIM card for GSM networks.

This device also includes a couple useful characteristics such as Bluetooth (enables communication with other bluetooth phones, computers and accessories), GPS and Radio, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

The Acer Liquid Mini packs a medium 1300 mAh Li-Polymer battery that provides the Acer Liquid Mini a quite short battery durationcompared to other cellphones. This device has an aproximate 400 hours stand by time and a 6 hs talk time.
