Alcatel 1B (2020) Review

Alcatel 1B (2020) is a mid level Android cellphone launched some years ago, in 2020, with a 5.5" screen, and two cameras, an 8 megapixels back side camera and a 5 mega-pixels front-facing camera. But it's time to get into a bit more detail.

The Alcatel 1B (2020) is available in 2 colors, pine green and prime black. This cellphone design combines Plastic and Plastic. This cellphone has a gorgeous design, with a thickness of just 0.39". The Alcatel 1B (2020) only has 5.75 inches long, but it's able to fit a a 5.5" screen. This time, it seems like Alcatel forgot about weight optimization in this 5.93 oz device.

The Alcatel 1B (2020) includes a good looking 5.5" screen with a 720 x 1440 resolution, giving this cellphone a very good graphical experience.

The Alcatel 1B (2020) comes with a 16 GB quite big internal memory and while it doesn't include an SD memory slot, it should be enough to store hundreds of games and apps, although it might not be suitable if you are fan of the largest games currently available.

This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 5 megapixels front facing camera. It is also able to film videos in Full HD 1920x1080 at 30 frames per second.

This phone has wi-fi connection (and it can share it with other devices as a mobile hotspot). This phone works with a Nano SIM card for GSM services.

The Alcatel 1B (2020) also features a couple of cool features as Bluetooth (4.2) and GPS Navigation, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

The Alcatel 1B (2020) uses an inmense 3000 mAh Dual Nano SIM non-replaceable battery, enough to provide this device with an incredibly long battery life. An issue to evaluate is that this phone's battery is non-replaceable so you won't be able to replace it when it starts losing capacity, while with this big battery you will probably buy a new cellphone before that happens.
