Asus forgot about weight optimization in this 5.11 ounces device, much heavier than other similar phones. The Asus P535 isn't really a compact device, taking into consideration it is 4.29" long and 2.32" wide,but it just packs a 2.8 inches display. This phone is quite thick compared to current cellphones, with a thickness of 0.74".
The Asus P535 has a nice 320 x 240 (QVGA) 2.8 inches display, which makes all images and videos look good. This display uses TFT resistive technology, but it's not multi-touch.
Asus decided to power this cellphone with a fast 520 megahertz processor and as little as 64 MB RAM memory.
