This phone only has 5.65 inches long, but it manages to hold a 5" screen. This cellphone has a beautiful design, with a thickness of just 0.38 inches. BLU sells this cellphone in 2 different color options: blue and gold. This cellphone isn't very light comparing to other phones , weighting 6.7 oz.
BLU decided to build this cellphone with an extremely powerful 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processor, packed into a MediaTek MT6580 system chip with only 1 GB RAM which is a bit poor for such a great cellphone. A good advantage of this phone is its big 8 GB internal storage memory and a slot for external memory cards, allowing the user to store a couple hundred apps without running out of space.
The BLU Energy X 2 includes a good level 720 x 1280 (HD) 5 inches screen, which makes all images and movies look very nice.
This phone has two cameras, an 8 megapixels back side camera and a 5 MP front camera. This phone also films Full HD 1920x1080 videos at 30 fps.
This phone features a 4000 mAh incredible non-replaceable battery that can keep this cellphone running for several hours without having to charge it. An issue to consider is that this phone's battery is non-replaceable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it begins losing capacity, though with such a huge battery size you will probably buy a new device before it becomes a real problem.
This cellphone offers wifi connectivity (which can be shared with other devices acting as a router or modem), HSPA+ (4G) internet connection, which is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and 3G fast connection type, over HSDPA technologies. The BLU Energy X 2 doesn't have a SIM card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.
This phone also comes with a couple nice features like Bluetooth and GPS, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
