BLU Studio 5.5C Review

BLU Studio 5.5C is a little outdated Android cellphone released some years ago, in 2015, featuring a Quad-Core processing unit speeding at 1300 MHz, a large 5.5" screen, a 5 megapixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 MP front camera. That's all? Not at all, it's just the introduction of a detailed review.

BLU equipped this phone with a good performance Quad-Core CPU running at 1.3 GHz, packed into the MediaTek MT6582 chip with 512 MB RAM. This cellphone counts with a 4 GB internal memory, an average amount that should be enough considering that it also has an SD card slot to store songs, pictures and videos and even some apps that allow external memory installation.

The BLU Studio 5.5C has a gorgeous design, with a thickness of just 0.39". This cellphone is a very compact phone, taking into account that it packs a 5.5" display and it has just 6.1" long. BLU made this cellphone in black, blue and white. BLU made an amazing design job making the BLU Studio 5.5C weight just 6.28 ounces.

BLU packed this phone with an average 5.5" screen, and a resolution of 480 x 854 , giving this phone a nice graphic quality.

This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back facing camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera. It also shoots videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 fps.

This phone features a medium 2000 mAh replaceable battery that can keep this phone running for many hours, although you will need to charge it even after moderate use.

The BLU Studio 5.5C includes wi-fi connectivity (although it can't provide it to other devices acting as a hotspot), 4G HSPA+ data connection, that is not so fast as LTE or LTE-A 4G networks and fast 3G connectivity, over HSDPA and HSUPA technologies. The BLU Studio 5.5C doesn't use a SIM card, because it is not a GSM enabled cellphone.

This phone also features a couple of interesting characteristics such as Bluetooth and GPS (Global Positioning System), and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
