BLU Studio X5 Review

BLU Studio X5 is a decent quality Android phone, which features a 5 megapixels back camera, a pretty large 5" screen and a fast Quad-Core processor speeding at 1300 MHz. Great! That's it? No, it's just the tip of the iceberg.

This cellphone is equipped with a great performance 1.3 gigahertz Quad-Core processor, packed into the MediaTek MT6580 chip with 512 MB of RAM. This phone has a 4 GB internal storage memory, a decent quantity that should be considering this device also has an external memory slot .

The BLU Studio X5 is available just in color 16 777 216. This device is quite a compact phone, given that it has a 5" display and it is just 5.63" long. The BLU Studio X5 is extremely slim and comfortable, with a thickness of just 0.38".

This phone has only a 5 megapixels back side camera. It also films videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 fps.

This phone is equipped with a nice 5 inches screen with a 480 x 854 resolution, which makes all photos and videos look quite good.

This device packs a 2300 mAh huge non-replaceable battery, which isn't very much for a device like this. An issue to evaluate is that the BLU Studio X5's battery is not replaceable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it begins losing capacity, while with so much capacity you will probably discard this cellphone before that becomes a real problem.

This phone provides Wi-Fi connection (which it can share with other devices around, acting as a wireless modem or router), 4G HSPA+ connection type, which is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA and HSUPA technologies. The BLU Studio X5 doesn't use a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.

This device also comes with a couple of nice features as Bluetooth and GPS, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
