Celkon A1 Review

Celkon A1 is a low level Android phone, packing a 2 mega-pixels back facing camera and a 3.2 inches multi-touch display. But let's get into much more details.

Celkon forgot about weight optimization in this 4.48 ounces phone, far heavier than other similar phones. Even though the Celkon A1 is 4.47" long, it only comes with a smaller 3.2" display. This device is available just in black color.

This device is equipped with a nice 3.2" screen with a 400 x 240 resolution, providing this cellphone with a good image quality.

This phone includes wi-fi capability (but it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a router) and 3G data connection, supported by EDGE technologies. The Celkon A1 uses 2 SIM cards so it can to use 2 different phone numbers and even different carriers in the same cellphone.

This phone only has a 2 MP back camera. Additionally, this device's camera also includes geo tagging.

The Celkon A1 features a 1000 mAh small capacity Li-Ion removable battery, which is quite poor for a demanding cellphone like this. Celkon says this phone has a 400 hours stand by time and a 5 hours talk time.

The Celkon A1 also includes a handful of useful characteristics such as Bluetooth and GPS Localization, and a couple sensors likeProximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
