Fairphone 5 is a top-level Android cellphone launched in September, which counts with a 6.5 inches screen, a 50 megapixels back-facing camera and a high performance 2.7 gigahertz Octa-Core processor. Great! That's it? No, it's only the starting point of this extreme review.

This time, it seems like didn't care about the weight in this 7.48 ounces phone. The Fairphone 5 is only 6.36" long and 2.98" wide, but it still manages to hold a 6.5" display. This cellphone is just 0.38 inches thick, taking it to the thinnest cellphone's category. This phone design is a mix of Plastic and Aluminum. This cellphone is sold in three different color options, matte black, sky blue and transparent edition.

This cellphone comes with an excellent 256 GB internal memory and even though it doesn't include an external memory slot, it is still enough to install hundreds of apps and even the largest games available nowadays without worrying about running out of space.

This device only features a 50 mega-pixels back camera. Its back camera lens has a F1.9 aperture so it can capture detailed photos even in poorly lit environments.

This phone uses a 4200 mAh high capacity Li - Ion battery, enough to provide this phone with an incredible battery duration.

The Fairphone 5 includes Wi-Fi capability (and it can provide it to other devices as a mobile hotspot), 5G ultra high bandwidth connection type, LTE-A 4G ultra fast connection and also HSPA+ connection type (a slower 4G variation) and fast 3G data connection, over HSDPA technologies. This cellphone works with a Nano SIM card for GSM networks.
