GIGABYTE GSmart Classic Review

GIGABYTE GSmart Classic is a not so powerful Android phone, packing a big 5-inches screen, a good performance 1.2 gigahertz Quad-Core processing unit, and 2 cameras, an 8 MP back facing camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera.

This phone feels much lighter than what one would think about a cellphone of this size. While this cellphone just has 5.71" long and 2.87 inches wide, it manages to contain a 5" display. Being just 0.34" thick,this cellphone is thin and practical. Gigabyte made the GIGABYTE GSmart Classicavailable only in color 16 777 216.

This cellphone ships with a Spreadtrum SC7731 system chip, including a great performance 1200 MHz Quad-Core processing unit with 1 GB of RAM memory. A nice advantage of this cellphone is its quite large 8 GB internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards, enough to install a couple hundred applications and games without any problem.

This phone features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back side camera and a 5 mega-pixels front camera.

This phone includes a interesting 5" screen with a 720 x 1280 (HD) resolution, providing this phone with a very nice graphical experience.

This phone provides Wi-Fi connectivity (but it can't be shared with other devices acting as a hotspot), 4G HSPA+ internet connection, which is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and fast 3G data connection, over HSDPA and HSUPA technologies. This cellphone uses two Micro SIM cards so it's able to use 2 different phone lines at the same time.

This phone also features a couple nice characteristics as Bluetooth (2.1, EDR ), GPS Localization and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This device comes with a 2000 mAh medium capacity Li - Ion battery that can keep this phone running for many hours, although you will need to charge it if you use it heavily.
