Gionee Pioneer P4S Review

Gionee Pioneer P4S is a decently made Android phone, provisioned with a very powerful 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processing unit, a medium sized 4.7" screen, and 2 cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back camera and a 2 mega-pixels front camera.

Gionee sells the Gionee Pioneer P4S with an extremely powerful Quad-Core processing unit clocking at 1300 MHz and only 1 GB of RAM which is a little bit poor for such a powerful cellphone. The Gionee Pioneer P4S counts with an 8 GB quite big internal storage and even though it doesn't have an SD card slot, it is enough to store hundreds of games and applications, although it might not be suitable if you are fan of the largest games currently available.

This cellphone is extremely slim, being just 0.33" thick. Though this cellphone is just 5.18 inches long and 2.6" wide, it is able to fit a a 4.7" display. Gionee only offers this cellphone in 16 777 216 color. This cellphone is much lighter than what one would think about a cellphone of this size.

Gionee equipped this phone with a good level 4.7" screen, and a resolution of 480 x 854 , providing this cellphone with a detailed graphical experience.

This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front facing camera. It is also able to capture HD 1280x720 videos.

This phone includes WiFi connection (and it can be shared with other devices acting as a wireless router) and fast 3G internet connection, using HSPA technologies. This cellphone doesn't have a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.

The Gionee Pioneer P4S has a 1800 mAh medium capacity battery, which is quite low for a thirsty phone like this.

This phone also features some nice characteristics like Bluetooth (provides communication with other cellphones and accessories), GPS Navigation and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
