Gionee X1s Review

Gionee X1s is an interesting cellphone, including a very powerful Quad-Core processing unit ticking at 1.5 GHz, a comfortable 5.2" display, and 2 cameras, a 13 MP back facing camera and a 16 MP front side camera. But let's get into more details.

Gionee sells this cellphone with a MediaTek MT6737T chip, backed up by a very powerful Quad-Core processor ticking at 1500 megahertz and a big 3 GB RAM memory. This cellphone has a 16 GB quite big internal memory and an external memory slot, which allows the user to install a couple hundred applications without running out of space.

This phone feels much lighter than what you expect from a phone of this size. This phone is available only in 16 777 216 color. Though this cellphone just has 5.92" long and 2.89" wide, it is still able to fit a a 5.2" display. This phone is extremely thin and good-looking, with a thickness of just 0.35 inches.

This cellphone has a interesting 5.2" display with a 720 x 1280 (HD) resolution, which makes it hard to see the pixels forming the display.

This phone offers WiFi capability (although it can't be shared with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot), 4G LTE high speed connectivity and the fastest 3G data connection, using HSPA technologies. This cellphone doesn't have a sim card, because it doesn't work with GSM connections.

This cellphone is equipped with two cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back camera and a 16 MP front facing camera.

This cellphone features a big 4000 mAh Li - Ion non-removable battery that can keep it running for several hours and even reach the end of the day without having to charge it. An issue to evaluate is that the Gionee X1s's battery is not replaceable so you can't change it when it begins to lose its charge, whereas having 4000 mAh you will probably discard this phone before it happens.

This device also includes lots of useful characteristics such as Fingerprint Sensor, Infrared Port, Bluetooth (4.2 ) and GPS, and some sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
