HTC 7 Pro is a not so powerful Windows Phone 7.5 Mango cellphone released in October 2010, counting with a 3.6 inches multi touch screen, a good performance 1000 MHz processing unit and a 5 MP back side camera.
HTC equipped this phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 QSD8250 chip, backed up by a good performance CPU running at 1 gigahertz and as little as 448 MB RAM. Handling graphic rendering, it also has an Adreno 200 GPU clocking at 128 MHz. This phone has aquite big 8 GB internal storage memory and even though it doesn't include an SD extension slot, it should be enough to store hundreds of applications, but it probably wouldn't be suitable if you are fan of the heaviest games currently available or taking tons of photos and videos.
The HTC 7 Pro is quite thick compared to nowadays phones, being as thick as 0.61". HTC forgot about weight optimization in this 6.53 oz device, much heavier than other similar cellphones.
This cellphone is only equipped with a 5 mega-pixels back camera. It can also film videos in 1280x720 (HD). Additionally, the camera counts with flash.
This cellphone includes a nice 3.6 inches screen with a 800 x 480 resolution, giving this device a very nice image quality. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.
This cellphone counts with a 1500 mAh mid capacity Li-Ion battery that can keep this phone running for many hours, although you will need to charge it if you use it heavily. According to HTC, the HTC 7 Pro has an aproximate 5.5 hours talk time and a 360 hours stand by time.
This phone offers Wi-Fi capability (but it can't provide it to other devices around, acting as a hotspot) and 3G fast connectivity, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.
The HTC 7 Pro also comes with a couple useful characteristics as Bluetooth (2.1, EDR), GPS (Global Positioning System) and Radio, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
