HTC Touch Cruise US Review

HTC Touch Cruise US is a not very powerful phone, counting with a quite powerful processing unit ticking at 528 MHz, a small sized 2.8 inches screen and a 3.2 mega-pixels back camera.

This phone is a little thick compared to nowadays cellphones, with its 0.57 inches thickness. This phone isn't really a compact cellphone, taking into account that it is 4.02" long,but it only holds a 2.8 inches display. This phone feels a bit heavy for a device this size, weighting 3.63 ounces.

This phone has a good level 320 x 240 (QVGA) 2.8" screen, providing this phone with a decent image quality. This screen uses TFT resistive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.

HTC decided to power this phone with a powerful CPU ticking at 528 MHz, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 MSM7225 system chip and as little as 256 MB RAM memory.

This cellphone is equipped with only a 3.2 mega-pixels back camera. This camera also includes geo tagging.

This cellphone comes with a 1100 mAh poor capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery that can keep this cellphone running for many hours, but you may need to charge it after some moderate to heavy usage. According to HTC, this phone has an aproximate 6.7 hours talk time and a 330 hs stand by time.

The HTC Touch Cruise US features Wi-Fi capability (although it can't provide it to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot) and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses a SIM card for GSM connection.
