i-mate PDAL Review

Score: 32.4 / 100

I-mate PDAL is a low level cellphone, equipped with a little 2.4 inches touch-screen and a 2 megapixels back-facing camera.

I-mate didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.09 ounces phone. Whereas the i-mate PDAL is as big as 4.4" long, it only comes with a way smaller 2.4" display. The i-mate PDAL is a little thick compared to today's devices, with its 0.66" thickness.

I-mate packed this cellphone with a interesting 2.4 inches display, and a resolution of 320 x 240 (QVGA), which makes all images and videos look quite colorful and brightful.

This phone is only equipped with a 2 megapixels back side camera.

This phone uses a 1100 mAh small sized Li-Ion removable battery, which is quite poor for a phone like this. According to i-mate, the i-mate PDAL has a reported 150 hours stand by time and a 4 hours talk time.

This cellphone provides Wi-Fi connectivity (although it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a wireless modem or router) and 3G connectivity, over EDGE technologies. This phone works with a SIM card for GSM carriers.
