i-mobile i680 Review

I-mobile i680 is a not very powerful cellphone, which counts with a processor clocking at 624 megahertz, a small sized 2.4" multi touch capacitive screen, and two cameras, a 3.2 megapixels back facing camera and a 0.3 mega-pixels front facing camera. But it's time to get into some more details.

I-Mobile decided to design this device using a fast 624 megahertz CPU.

This device isn't really a compact cellphone, taking into account that it is 4.33 inches long and 2.36 inches wide,but it just contains a 2.4 inches display. This phone feels quite heavyweight comparing with today standards, weighting 5.29 oz.

The i-mobile i680 features two cameras, a 3.2 MP back camera and a 0.3 MP front-facing camera.

The i-mobile i680 has an average 2.4 inches display with a 240 x 320 (QVGA) resolution, which makes all pictures and videos look quite good. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This cellphone counts with Wi-Fi connection (which it can provide to other devices acting as a router) and 3G fast connection type, supported by HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The i-mobile i680 works with a SIM card for GSM networks.

The i-mobile i680 also features a wide range of cool characteristics as Bluetooth, GPS (Global Positioning System), Radio and TV Reception, and a few sensors likeAccelerometer and Compass.

This phone packs a small 1200 mAh Li-Ion battery that provides this cellphone a below average battery life comparing with other similar cellphones. I-Mobile reports a stand by time of 250 hours and a talk time of 4.5 hours for this phone.

This phone is very overpriced considering it is offerred for $ 65, while many similar phones are being sold for much less than that.
