i-mobile i693 Review

I-mobile i693 is a low-end Android phone, counting with a 600 MHz processing unit, a 5 MP back camera and a medium sized 3.2" capacitive display.

The i-mobile i693 is quite thick compared to current devices, with its 0.53" thickness. Although the i-mobile i693 has 4.61" long and 2.26 inches wide, it only packs a way smaller 3.2 inches screen. This phone isn't very light comparing to other devices , with a weight of 4.23 oz. This cellphone is just available in color black.

I-Mobile decided to build the i-mobile i693 using a good 600 MHz processing unit, packed into the Qualcomm MSM7227-1 chip.

This device only features a 5 mega-pixels back facing camera.

I-Mobile packed this phone with a nice 3.2 inches screen, and a resolution of 480 x 320 , making everything look quite good. Its screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

The i-mobile i693 has a 1200 mAh low capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery that provides this device a quite short battery duration. According to I-Mobile, the i-mobile i693 has an aproximate 600 hs stand by time and a 10 hs talk time.

This cellphone counts with WiFi connection (but it can't be shared with other devices around, as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G internet connection, using HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The i-mobile i693 works with a SIM card for GSM networks.

This cellphone also comes with a couple of nice features like Bluetooth, GPS Navigation and FM Radio, and a few sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
