Karbonn decided to design this cellphone using a fast Dual-Core processing unit speeding at 1.3 gigahertz and 512 MB of RAM. This cellphone has areasonable 4 GB internal memory, which is enough for the vast majority of users knowing that the Karbonn Alfa A120 also has a slot for SD memory cards to store photos and videos and even some games and apps that allow external memory installation.
The Karbonn Alfa A120 is for sale in 2 color options, blue and brown. While this phone is very slim it's not even close to being one of the thinnest phones you can find, with a thickness of 0.43". Karbonn didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 5.77 ounces device.
