Kyocera Hydro Reach Review

Kyocera Hydro Reach is a mid-end Android phone released in 2016, featuring a 1100 MHz Quad-Core CPU, a pretty big 5" screen, and two cameras, a 5 MP back side camera and a 2 mega-pixels front side camera.

Kyocera only offers the Kyocera Hydro Reach in color 16 777 216. Kyocera made a very nice design job making the Kyocera Hydro Reach as lightweight as 4.97 ounces. This phone is quite a compact cellphone, taking into account that it packs a 5 inches display and it's just 5.47" long. Being just 0.39" thick,this phone is extremely slim and practical.

This phone has a good level 540 x 960 5-inches screen, providing this cellphone with a very good graphic quality.

Kyocera sells this device with a powerful 1100 megahertz Quad-Core processor, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 8909 system chip with 1 GB RAM. The Kyocera Hydro Reach comes with aquite big 8 GB internal storage and an external memory slot, which allows the user to install a couple hundred applications without running out of space.

The Kyocera Hydro Reach has two cameras, a 5 MP back side camera and a 2 MP front camera. It is capable of shooting videos in 1280x720 (HD) at 30 fps.

This device features a big capacity 2160 mAh Li - Ion non-removable battery that provides the Kyocera Hydro Reach a quite long battery life. An issue to consider is that this cellphone's battery is not removable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it begins to lose its charge, even though having 2160 mAh you will probably discard this cellphone before it becomes a real problem.

The Kyocera Hydro Reach features WiFi connectivity (which it can provide to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot) and LTE 4G fast connectivity. This phone uses a Nano SIM card for GSM carriers.

The Kyocera Hydro Reach also features a handful of interesting features like Bluetooth (4.1, EDR ) and GPS Localization, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
