It seems like Lava decided not to care much about the weight in this 4.94 oz cellphone. Being just 0.38 inches thick,this cellphone is incredibly slim and stilized. The LAVA Z50 is available just in color 16 777 216.
The LAVA Z50 ships with a MediaTek MT6737M chip, including a powerful Quad-Core CPU running at 1.1 GHz and 1 GB RAM memory. This device has an 8 GB interesting internal storage memory and an SD memory slot, which allows you to install a couple hundred applications without any trouble.
Lava designed the LAVA Z50 with a very good 4.5-inches display, and a 480 x 854 resolution, which makes everything look very good.
This device has two cameras, a 5 megapixels back-facing camera and a 5 MP front camera. It is capable of capturing videos up to 1280x720 (HD) at 30 frames per second. Additionally, this cellphone's camera also includes time lapse video.
This phone comes with a 2000 mAh medium capacity Li - Polymer non-replaceable battery providing the LAVA Z50 with a quite short battery duration. An important issue to evaluate is that this cellphone's battery is non-replaceable so you won't be able to replace it when it begins to have trouble holding its charge, having to replace the whole cellphone.
The LAVA Z50 offers wi-fi connection (but it can't be provided to other devices acting as a modem), 4G (LTE) high speed connectivity and the fastest 3G connection type, supported by HSPA and HSUPA technologies. This cellphone supports dual sim cards to be able to to work with two different carriers or phone numbers.
