LG GD900F Crystal Review

LG GD900F Crystal is a low end cellphone released in February 2009, including an 8 MP back side camera and a 3" screen. Great! That's it? No, it's just the introduction.

In this case, LG didn't care about the weight at all, releasing a 4.48 oz heavyweight product. This phone is 4.13" long and 2.07" wide, it just holds a much smaller 3" screen. The LG GD900F Crystal is a little bit thick compared to nowadays devices, with its 0.53" thickness.

This phone has a 1,5 GB internal storage memory, a medium amount that should be adequate for the average user considering that it also has an external SD slot to store songs, photographs and videos.

LG packed the LG GD900F Crystal with a high-tech 3 inches screen, and a 800 x 480 resolution, which makes all images and videos look completely perfect. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

This cellphone is only equipped with an 8 megapixels back camera. This phone also counts with flash.

This cellphone has wi-fi connectivity (but it can't be provided to other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G connectivity, supported by HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

The LG GD900F Crystal comes with a 1000 mAh small capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery that can keep it running for some hours, although you will probably need to charge it after some moderate use. This phone has a reported 6 hs talk time and a 300 hours stand by time according to LG.

The LG GD900F Crystal also features a few nice features like Bluetooth (provides communication with other phones, computers and accessories) and Radio, and Accelerometer.
