LG GW525 Review

LG GW525 is a quite basic phone, including a 2.8" screen, a 3 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front camera.

This cellphone comes with a poor 35,84 MB internal storage, which could be adequate for some users knowing that this phone also has a slot for external memory cards to store photographs and videos and even some apps and games that allow being installed in the external memory.

This cellphone feels quite heavyweight comparing with today standards, weighting 4.52 oz. This phone is a bit thick for nowadays standards, with its 0.63 inches thickness. This cellphone isn't really a compact cellphone, taking into consideration it is 4.19" long and 2.09 inches wide,but it only packs a 2.8 inches screen.

This device is equipped with two cameras, a 3 MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front facing camera. It is capable of capturing videos in QVGA 320x240.

This phone is equipped with a good level 400 x 240 2.8 inches screen, which makes everything look nice. This screen uses TFT resistive technology, but it doesn't allow multi-touch gestures.

This cellphone packs a small 950 mAh Li-Ion replaceable battery that provides this phone a not very long battery life. LG reports a 550 hours stand by time and a 5.5 hs talk time for this phone.

The LG GW525 has the fastest 3G connectivity, over HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The LG GW525 works with a SIM card for GSM networks.

This phone also features a couple nice features like Bluetooth (2.1, EDR) and Radio, and Accelerometer.

This cellphone is really overvalued considering it is offerred for $ 55, while many similar phones are being sold for much less than that.
