LG GW620 is a modest Android phone released some years ago, in 2009, with a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a small 3 inches resistive display. Is that all? Not at all, it's just the introduction of a detailed review.
This cellphone counts with a 169,98 MB internal memory, a mediocre amount that could be enough for basic users considering the LG GW620 also has an SD memory slot to store photographs and videos.
Apparently LG forgot about optimizing the weight, putting together a 4.9 ounces product. This cellphone isn't really a compact cellphone, taking into account that it is 4.29 inches long, but it just holds a 3" display. This device is a bit thick for today's standards, with its 0.63" thickness.
This phone has only a 5 megapixels back camera. It is also able to film 320x240 QVGA videos at 30 fps. Additionally, this phone's camera also features flash.
LG equipped the LG GW620 with a nice 3-inches screen, and a resolution of 480 x 320 , giving this device a nice graphical experience. Its screen uses TFT resistive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.
The LG GW620 provides wi-fi connectivity (although it can't provide it to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot) and the fastest 3G connection type, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The LG GW620 works with a SIM card for GSM services.
This cellphone also comes with a couple useful characteristics as Bluetooth, GPS and FM Radio, and a couple sensors likeProximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
This cellphone packs a 1500 mAh mid capacity Li-Ion battery, which is not really enough for a cellphone like this. This device has an aproximate stand by time of 300 hs and a talk time of 10 hs according to LG.
This phone is not a very good choice considering it is offerred for $ 59, while some similar phones cost much less than that.
