This cellphone is a bit thick for current standards, with its 0.63" thickness. Whereas this cellphone has 4.45" long, it only holds a much smaller 3.2 inches display. Apparently LG didn't care about the weight at all, leaving it live with a weight of 5.29 oz.
LG equipped this phone with a interesting 3.2" screen, and a 800 x 480 resolution, making everything look very nice. Its screen uses TFT resistive technology, but it can't detect multi touch gestures.
LG decided to power this phone using a great performance 1 gigahertz processing unit, included in a Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 QSD8650 chip and as little as 256 MB of RAM memory. Helping with graphic intensive games and applications, it also uses an Adreno 200 graphics processing unit working at 128 MHz.
This device has Wi-Fi connectivity (but it can't be provided to other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot) and 3G fast internet connection, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device works with a SIM card for GSM networks.
The LG IQ GW825 is equipped with only a 5 MP back camera. This camera also features auto-focus and flash.
