It seems like Micromax forgot about optimizing the weight in this 3.7 oz device. The Micromax A60 is 4.2" long and 2.33 inches wide, but it's only able to pack a smaller 2.8 inches display. The Micromax A60 is a little thick for today's standards, with its 0.55" thickness. Micromax just sells this cellphone in color black.
Micromax equipped this cellphone with a nice 2.8" screen, and a 320 x 240 (QVGA) resolution, giving this device a regular graphical experience. Its screen uses TFT yes technology, but it's not multi-touch.
Micromax decided to equip this cellphone with a fast processor speeding at 600 MHz. The Micromax A60 counts with a 153,6 MB internal storage memory, which may be enough for basic users considering that this device also has an external SD slot to store photos and videos and even some games and apps that can be installed in the external memory.
This phone features wi-fi capability (although it can't be provided to other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot) and the fastest 3G connectivity, using HSDPA, HSUPA and UMTS technologies. This cellphone uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.
