Micromax Canvas 2 is a pretty good Android phone, having an extremely powerful Quad-Core CPU speeding at 1.3 GHz, a pretty large 5-inches screen, and 2 cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back camera and a 5 mega-pixels front camera. Great! That's it? Not at all, it's only the introduction of this extreme review.
The Micromax Canvas 2 is powered by an extremely powerful Quad-Core CPU clocking at 1300 MHz, included in the MediaTek MT6737 chip with a big 3 GB RAM. A nice advantage of this device is its quite big 16 GB internal storage memory and an external memory slot, which allows you to install a couple hundred applications without running out of space.
The Micromax Canvas 2 is available just in 16 777 216 color. Even though the Micromax Canvas 2 is just 5.68" long and 2.79" wide, it still manages to pack a 5 inches display. This cellphone has a wonderful design, with a thickness of just 0.33". The Micromax Canvas 2 is much lighter than what you expect from a cellphone of this size.
This phone has two cameras, a 13 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 5 mega-pixels front camera. It is also able to capture Full HD 1920x1080 videos.
Micromax packed this cellphone with a nice 5-inches screen, and a 720 x 1280 (HD) resolution, which makes all photos and videos look very good.
This phone features WiFi connectivity (although it can't be shared with other devices around, acting as a modem or router), 4G LTE fast connection type and the fastest 3G data connection, using HSPA and HSUPA technologies. The Micromax Canvas 2 doesn't have a SIM card, because it is not a GSM phone.
The Micromax Canvas 2 features a 3050 mAh high capacity non-removable battery that can keep it running for many hours without charging it at all. An issue to consider is that the Micromax Canvas 2's battery isn't removable so you can't throw it away and buy a new one when it begins to lose its charge, though with such a great capacity you will probably discard this device before that happens.
This device also comes with a wide range of interesting features as Fingerprint ID, Bluetooth (for communication with other phones and accessories), GPS and Radio, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.
If you need a device to mostly use social networks and internet browsing or will use this cellphone to play games, you will probably love this cellphone.
