Micromax Vdeo 5 Review

Micromax Vdeo 5 is a not so powerful cellphone, including a big size 5.5-inches screen, a very powerful 1.3 GHz Quad-Core processing unit, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 5 mega-pixels front facing camera. But let's get into a bit more details.

This phone is powered by an extremely powerful Quad-Core processor ticking at 1.3 gigahertz, packed into a Spreadtrum SC9832 system chip with only 1 GB of RAM which is a little bit disappointing comparing with the Micromax Vdeo 5's impressive processor. This phone comes with aquite big 8 GB internal storage memory and even though it doesn't count with an external memory card slot, it should be enough to install hundreds of apps and games, but it might not be suitable if you are fan of the largest games available nowadays.

This cellphone is just available in 16 777 216 color. This phone is incredibly slim, with a thickness of just 0.34 inches. This phone is a very compact phone, taking into account that it has a 5.5 inches display and it is only 6.04" long.

The Micromax Vdeo 5 has two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 5 MP front-facing camera. It is capable of shooting videos up to 1920x1080 (Full HD) at 30 frames per second.

The Micromax Vdeo 5 has a good level 720 x 1280 (HD) 5.5-inches screen, making everything look very good.

The Micromax Vdeo 5 includes wifi connection (although it can't share it with other devices as a mobile mobile hotspot). The Micromax Vdeo 5 doesn't use a sim card, because it isn't a GSM phone.

This cellphone comes with an inmense 3000 mAh Li - Ion non-replaceable battery that can keep it running for several hours without charging it. An issue to consider is that the Micromax Vdeo 5's battery is not replaceable so you won't be able to replace it when it starts to last shorter, though with such a big battery you will probably replace this cellphone before it becomes a real problem.
