Motorola Edge 50 Review

Score: 81.2 / 100

Motorola Edge 50 is a wonderful cellphone released this last August, packing a really big 6.7 inches screen, and 2 cameras, a 50 MP back-facing camera and a 32 megapixels front side camera.

A great point of this phone is its 256 GB big internal storage and whereas it doesn't count with an external memory slot, it it is more than enough to install tons of applications, games, songs, photos and videos without worrying about running out of space at all.

Though this cellphone only has 6.33 inches long, it manages to contain a 6.7" display. This cellphone is very thin, with a thickness of just 0.31 inches. Motorola is offering this device in 3 colors, jungle green, koala gray and peach fuzz. Talking about its body materials, this cellphone is majorly manufactured with Aluminum. This device doesn't feel very lightweight for a cellphone of this size, weighting 6.35 ounces.

This phone has a high-tech 6.7-inches display with a 1220 x 2712 resolution, providing this phone with a very detailed graphical experience.

The Motorola Edge 50 has Wi-Fi connection (which can be shared with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), 5G incredibly fast internet connection, LTE-A 4G , a really fast internet connection and also HSPA+ internet connection (which is a slower 4G technology) and 3G fast connection type, using HSDPA technologies. This device works with a Nano SIM card to connect to GSM networks.

This device is equipped with two cameras, a 50 MP back-facing camera and a 32 mega-pixels front side camera. this cellphone's back-facing camera has a maximum 1.8 aperture so it can take impressive pictures even in low-light conditions. It also films videos up to 3840x2160 (4K) at 30 fps.

This cellphone also includes lots of cool characteristics such as Fingerprint Sensor, Wireless charger compatibility, NFC, Bluetooth (5.2) and GPS Geolocation, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.

This phone uses a 5000 mAh big Nano SIM, eSIM non-replaceable battery providing the Motorola Edge 50 an amazing battery life. An issue to take into consideration is that this cellphone's battery is not removable so you won't be able to replace it when it starts to lose its charge, although having 5000 mAh you will probably discard this cellphone before it happens.

No matter whether you will use it majorly for internet broswing and social networks, want this cellphone for work, you love taking pictures or want it for gaming, this cellphone is probably a good choice .
