Nokia E73 Mode is a little bit outdated phone released in June 2010, having a powerful processing unit running at 600 megahertz, a little 2.4" screen, and 2 cameras, a 5 MP back camera and a 0.3 MP front camera.
This cellphone ships with a fast processing unit running at 600 megahertz with only 128 MB RAM. The Nokia E73 Mode counts with a 256 MB internal storage memory, a poor quantity that could be enough for some basic users considering the Nokia E73 Mode also has a slot for an external memory card to store photos and videos and even some apps that allow external memory installation.
Whereas this phone is quite thin it's not so thin as many other cellphones on sale, with a thickness of 0.4 inches. Though the Nokia E73 Mode has 4.48 inches long, it only holds a smaller 2.4" display. Apparently Nokia forgot about weight optimization in this 4.5 oz cellphone.
The Nokia E73 Mode features two cameras, a 5 mega-pixels back side camera and a 0.3 megapixels front-facing camera. this phone's back side camera lens has a maximum F2.8 aperture so it has problems taking clear photos in low-light environments. It is also able to shoot 640x480 VGA videos at 15 frames per second. Additionally, this cellphone's camera also has flash and auto-focus.
This cellphone has a good 2.4-inches screen with a 240 x 320 (QVGA) resolution, which makes everything look quite good.
The Nokia E73 Mode has WiFi connectivity (but it can't provide it to other devices as a mobile hotspot) and 3G fast data connection, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card for GSM connection.
The Nokia E73 Mode also comes with a couple of nice features such as Bluetooth (allows communication with other cellphones and accessories) and GPS (Global Positioning System), and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This cellphone packs a medium capacity 1500 mAh Li-Polymer removable battery that provides this cellphone a below average battery durationcompared to other devices. This cellphone has a reported 384 hs stand by time and a 13 hs talk time.
