Nokia Lumia 610 NFC Review

Nokia Lumia 610 NFC is a fair quality cellphone released some years ago, in 2012, equipped with a quite powerful processing unit speeding at 800 megahertz, a 5 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a medium 3.7" multi touch screen. But it's time to get into some more detail.

It appears that Nokia didn't care much about the weight in this 4.76 oz cellphone. The Lumia 610 NFC is sold in a lot of colors, black, pink, blue and white.

Nokia designed this phone with a very good 3.7" screen, and a resolution of 800 x 480 , giving this cellphone a good level graphical experience. This screen uses TFT capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

Nokia decided to build this phone using a quite powerful processing unit speeding at 800 MHz with as little as 256 MB RAM memory. This cellphone has an interesting 8 GB internal storage memory and though it doesn't have a slot for an external memory card, it is enough to store a couple hundred applications and games, although it probably wouldn't be enough if you are planning to install a couple of the heaviest games available nowadays.

This phone counts with WiFi capability (which it can provide to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot) and 3G fast connectivity, over HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This device uses a Micro SIM card for GSM services.

This phone only features a 5 MP back camera. It can also capture videos in VGA 640x480 at 30 fps. In addition, the camera features flash and digital image stabilization.

The Nokia Lumia 610 NFC also includes a handful of interesting characteristics such as Near Field Communication (NFC), Bluetooth (allows communication with other phones and accessories) and GPS Localization, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

The Nokia Lumia 610 NFC has a 1300 mAh medium sized Li-Ion replaceable battery that can keep this phone running for some hours, but you may need to charge it even after moderate usage. Nokia afirms this device has a 670 hours stand by time and a 10.5 hours talk time.
