Nokia Oro Review

Nokia Oro is a decent quality Symbian cellphone released back in the year 2011, which counts with a fast processing unit running at 680 MHz, a medium sized 3.5-inches multi-touch capacitive display, and two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 MP front facing camera.

Nokia decided to equip this cellphone with a powerful 680 megahertz processing unit with just 256 MB of RAM. This phone has an 8 GB interesting internal storage memory and an SD memory card expansion slot, allowing you to install a couple hundred games and applications without running out of space.

The Nokia Oro is offerred in two different colors, black and white. Nokia appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 4.66 ounces device.

This cellphone features two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back-facing camera and a 0.3 megapixels front facing camera. It is capable of filming videos in 1280x720 (HD) at 30 frames per second. This camera also features a couple of useful features like flash, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

Nokia designed this phone with a nice 3.5" display, and a 640 x 360 resolution, which makes all pictures and movies look great. This display uses AMOLED capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

This phone has a 1200 mAh small Li-Ion battery that can keep this cellphone running for many hours, although you will probably need to charge it even after moderate usage. According to Nokia, this cellphone has a reported stand by time of 552 hours and a talk time of 9.6 hours.

The Nokia Oro includes wifi connection (although it can't be shared with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot) and fast 3G internet connection, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Nokia Oro uses a SIM card for GSM carriers.

This device also comes with a couple useful features like NFC (to trigger actions, transfer data or make payments by holding your phone close to another NFC device or tag), Bluetooth (3.0) and GPS Geolocation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
