Philips V377 Review

Philips V377 is a pretty good cellphone, which features a 5-inches screen, an extremely powerful 1300 MHz Quad-Core processor and a 5 megapixels back camera.

This cellphone's thickness of 0.43" is quite far from current standards, but it still feels fine in the hand. This cellphone is quite a compact cellphone, given that it presents a 5" display and it only has 5.71" long and 2.91" wide. Philips didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 6.69 ounces cellphone.

Philips decided to equip this phone using a great Quad-Core CPU ticking at 1.3 gigahertz with only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little bit disappointing for a phone of this level. This device comes with an 8 GB quite large internal memory and an SD extension slot, enough to store hundreds of apps and games without any problem.

Philips packed this device with a very good 5-inches display, and a 720 x 1280 (HD) resolution, which makes all pictures and movies look very nice.

This phone counts with wifi connectivity (but it can't be shared with other devices as a mobile hotspot), 4G HSPA+ data connection, that is not as fast as LTE-A or LTE networks and fast 3G internet connection, using HSDPA and HSUPA technologies. This cellphone doesn't use a SIM card, because it doesn't support GSM connections.

The Philips V377 has only a 5 megapixels back-facing camera.
