Philips X518 Review

Philips X518 is a modest phone, which features a 2.8-inches screen and a 2 mega-pixels back side camera.

Philips didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 3.81 oz cellphone. This cellphone is a little thick compared to today's phones, with its 0.56 inches thickness. This cellphone is 4.09" long and 2.24" wide, but it's only able to pack a way smaller 2.8" display.

This phone has a interesting 2.8-inches display with a 320 x 240 (QVGA) resolution, which makes everything look quite nice. This display uses TFT yes technology, but it's not multi-touch.

This phone comes with a little 1,02 MB internal memory, which could be enough for some users knowing that the Philips X518 also has an SD card slot to store songs, pictures and videos.

This cellphone is equipped with only a 2 MP back camera. It can also capture videos in 352x288 at 15 fps. Additionally, the camera includes fast burst mode and flash.

This phone has dual sim cards to be able to to work with two different phone lines and even different carriers.

This cellphone features a 1530 mAh medium sized battery that can keep this cellphone running for some hours, although you will probably need to charge it even after moderate usage. This cellphone has a reported 960 hours stand by time and a 12 hours talk time.
