Samsung I5510 Review

Samsung I5510 is a decent quality Android phone, which counts with a medium sized 3.2-inches multi-touch screen, a processor ticking at 600 megahertz and a 3.2 megapixels back-facing camera.

Samsung didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.13 ounces device. This phone is a bit thick for nowadays standards, with a thickness of 0.6". This cellphone is 4.37 inches long and 2.17" wide, but it's only able to pack a way smaller 3.2" display.

Samsung packed this device with a interesting 3.2-inches display, and a 400 x 240 resolution, providing this phone with a decent graphic quality. This display uses TFT capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch gestures.

Samsung decided to equip this cellphone with a good processor ticking at 600 MHz. The Samsung I5510 comes with a poor 163,84 MB internal memory, which might be enough for basic users knowing that it also has an SD memory card expansion slot to store songs, photographs and videos and even some applications that allow external memory installation.

The Samsung I5510 only has a 3.2 megapixels back facing camera. It is also able to shoot videos up to 320x240 (QVGA) at 15 frames per second.

This cellphone counts with wifi connectivity (but it can't be provided to other devices acting as a wireless modem or router) and the fastest 3G connectivity, using HSDPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone uses a SIM card for GSM connection.

This cellphone also features a couple of cool features such as Bluetooth (for communication with other bluetooth cellphones, computers and accessories) and GPS Navigation, and multiple sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This phone uses a mediocre 1200 mAh Li-Ion battery that provides the Samsung I5510 a not very long battery duration comparing with other similar cellphones. Samsung reports a stand by time of 520 hours and a talk time of 9.1 hs for this cellphone.
