This cellphone is a bit heavy comparing with today standards, weighting 4.34 oz. This device is a little bit thick for current standards, being as thick as 0.52". This phone is 4.41" long, but it's only able to pack a smaller 3.2" display.
Samsung equipped the Samsung Omnia CDMA with a interesting 3.2-inches screen, and a resolution of 400 x 240 , making everything look quite good. Its screen uses TFT resistive technology, but it doesn't allow multi-touch gestures.
A nice point of this device is its big 8 GB internal memory and an SD memory slot, allowing the user to install a couple hundred applications and games without worrying about space.

This phone packs a medium sized 1440 mAh Li-Ion replaceable battery, which is not really enough for a consuming phone like this. Samsung reports a talk time of 5.5 hs and a stand by time of 300 hours for this cellphone.
