The Samsung SPH-Z700 is a bit thick for nowadays standards, being as thick as 0.96". Even though this cellphone is as big as 3.7 inches long, it only comes with a smaller 2.1" display. Apparently Samsung totally forgot about weight optimization, releasing it with a 3.5 oz weight.
